EORNA
EORNA, a barley gene expression database. A visualisation tool that displays comparative barley gene and transcript abundance data.
Barley has over 39,000 genes. The expression of these genes constantly changes throughout the day, throughout plant development and as a response to the changing environment. This provides a mechanism for different barley genotypes to react and adapt to their environment.
EORNA delivers barley gene and transcript expression quantification data for cultivar, tissue and environment specific gene expression.
Visualisation across all the tissues and conditions tested, identify genes and gene transcripts varying in their expression across all conditions. Other genes show a very specific response to one specific condition such as low temperature stress.
